SMS PRIVACY
La Creperia Colorado LLC d/b/a Summit Photo and Film collects mobile numbers and signed consent records for optional internal SMS reminders to the owner and designated team members. These reminders concern consultation calls, event blog resources, and footage uploads. We use this information to deliver the requested reminders, document consent, and honor opt-out requests.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other information-sharing provisions in this policy. Service providers that deliver messages on our behalf may process mobile numbers only as needed to provide that service.

cookies and tracking
Optional analytics and Google ad measurement are off until you choose them through Privacy choices. You can reject either or both, or change your choices later; inquiry forms work without them. When confirmed-inquiry measurement is enabled, we use consented advertising click identifiers and/or Google Analytics identifiers to connect a website inquiry with its source. Our separate private attribution ledger excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers and message text, and removes measurement identifiers after 90 days. Google processes measurement data under its own policies; this ledger limit does not control Google's retention or vendor backups. We do not use this setup for personalized advertising or remarketing.
Google Ads Connector
Our owner-facing Summit Photo and Film Ads Connector accesses the Google account and advertising measurement resources that we authorize, to support Summit's ad reporting and consented inquiry measurement. It is not a client Google-login service. Access credentials are stored securely and are not published on this website or in spreadsheets.
