All photography and videography services are subject to availability and final confirmation through a signed agreement. Quotes and pricing provided on the website or via communication are estimates and may vary depending on the scope of work.
PAYMENT TERMS
Clients agree to the payment structure and schedule as outlined in the signed contract. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in the cancellation of services or legal recourse.
INTERNAL SMS REMINDERS
La Creperia Colorado LLC d/b/a Summit Photo and Film offers optional recurring automated SMS reminders from +1 855-214-0563 to its owner and designated team members. Messages include consultation-call reminders, reminders to complete event blog resources, and reminders to upload footage to the cloud. This program does not send marketing messages or automated texts to clients.
Participants opt in by completing and signing the SMS consent form for their role and mobile number. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies with scheduled calls, events, and outstanding tasks. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact dale@summitphotoandfilm.com. After opting out, you will receive no further reminder messages unless you opt in again; a confirmation of your opt-out may be sent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
